2.HOW TO MEASURE

BUST: Measure under your arms around the fullest part of your bust. Make sure to keep the tape level!

WAIST: Make sure the measuring tape fits comfortably as you measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.

HIPS: Stand with your feet together, and measure around the widest part of your hips.

HOLLOW TO FLOOR: Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the hollow space between the collarbones and pull tape straight down to the floor.

WAIST TO FLOOR: Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at your natural waist and pull tape straight down to the floor.

HEIGHT(BARE FOOT): Stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, begin at the top of the head and pull tape straight down to the floor.

Will it arrive in time for my event?

Production and carrier transit are separate. Before ordering for a close event date, email hello@promspark.com with the dress link, color, size, destination, and event date. We can confirm current production timing for your selection. Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout; delivery by an event date is not guaranteed.

How long do production and shipping take?

Many dresses are made after order confirmation. Production time varies by style and selected options. Carrier transit begins after dispatch. Review available shipping methods and charges at checkout, and contact hello@promspark.com to confirm current production timing for your dress. Faster shipping does not necessarily shorten production.

Is it see-through under flash?

Our dresses are designed to photograph confidently in real lighting and under flash. Many styles are fully lined where it matters. If you're unsure about a specific dress, message us the link and we'll confirm the lining and fabric details.

How do I choose the right size? Do you offer custom sizing?

Use the size chart on the selected product page and measure with a soft tape. Where Custom Size is offered, enter the requested measurements and review any price adjustment on the product page and at checkout. Local alterations may still be needed. Ask hello@promspark.com for fit help with the dress link and your measurements.

What is your return and refund policy?

For an eligible standard-size dress not marked Final Sale, request a change-of-mind return within 14 calendar days after delivery. You pay return shipping; a 15% restocking fee is deducted from the dress refund, and original shipping is not refunded. Custom-size dresses are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Defect remedies and legal rights remain. After an approved return is received and inspected, we initiate the refund within 3 business days. See /policies/refund-policy for full conditions.

Can I cancel or edit my order after I order?

Contact hello@promspark.com promptly with your order number if you need to change or cancel an order. Eligibility depends on the order and shipment status. See /policies/refund-policy for the current cancellation terms.
