PromSpark creates photo-ready prom, homecoming, formal, and quincea帽era dresses at student-friendly prices. Our dresses are designed to look polished on camera, feel secure while you move, and give you a designer-inspired look without designer-level pricing.

Who We Are

We focus on flattering silhouettes, structured fits, and occasion-ready details for important nights such as prom, homecoming, formal events, sweet sixteen parties, and quincea帽eras.

Custom Sizing and Fit

Sizes are not universal, especially for special occasion dresses. If you need a custom fit, choose Custom Size on the product page and submit your bust, waist, hips, and height measurements in inches. Custom-size items are made for your measurements and are not returnable unless defective or incorrect.

Production and Delivery

Many dresses are made after an order is confirmed. Production time varies by style and selected options and is separate from carrier transit. For an event deadline, email hello@promspark.com before ordering with the dress link, color, size, destination, and event date. Available shipping methods and charges appear at checkout; faster shipping does not necessarily shorten production. See our Shipping Policy.

Returns and Exchanges

For an eligible standard-size dress not marked Final Sale, request a change-of-mind return within 14 calendar days after delivery. You pay return shipping; a 15% restocking fee is deducted from the dress refund and original shipping is not refunded. Custom-size dresses are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Remedies for defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items and applicable legal rights remain. Contact us before returning an item and see our Refund Policy for full conditions.

Will it arrive in time for my event?

Production and carrier transit are separate. Before ordering for a close event date, email hello@promspark.com with the dress link, color, size, destination, and event date. Is it see-through under flash?

Our dresses are designed to photograph confidently in real lighting and under flash. Many styles are fully lined where it matters. If you're unsure about a specific dress, message us the link and we'll confirm the lining and fabric details.

How do I choose the right size? Do you offer custom sizing?

Use the size chart on the selected product page and measure with a soft tape. Where Custom Size is offered, enter the requested measurements and review any price adjustment on the product page and at checkout. Local alterations may still be needed. Ask hello@promspark.com for fit help with the dress link and your measurements.

What is your return and refund policy?

For an eligible standard-size dress not marked Final Sale, request a change-of-mind return within 14 calendar days after delivery.
